Use RETROOVA search to browse items reported lost or found.

You can search by:

• item name or type
• category
• city
• period
• status

Have you lost an item?

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select “I lost an item”.
3. Describe the item precisely.
4. Add a photo if needed.
5. Indicate the city and where it was lost.
6. Publish your listing.

The more precise your description, the easier your item will be to identify.

Have you found an item that probably belongs to someone?

1. Sign in.
2. Select “I found an item”.
3. Describe the item.
4. Indicate where you found it.
5. Add a photo if needed.
6. Publish the listing.

Important: do not publish personal information shown on an identity document, bank card or other document.

If you think you have found your item:

1. Read the listing carefully.
2. Check details that only the genuine owner should know.
3. Use RETROOVA’s contact system.
4. Do not immediately share personal information.
5. Arrange the return in a safe place.

Never hand over an item based only on a photo or a general description.

To protect your privacy:

• do not publish your phone number in a listing
• do not publish your home address
• do not publish a national ID or passport number
• avoid publishing banking information
• verify the person’s identity before any return
• beware of requests for money
• report any suspicious listing or behavior

RETROOVA will never ask for your password through a listing.

Does a listing seem suspicious?

You can report it to our moderation team.

Reasons may include:

• fraud
• exposed personal information
• misleading content
• inappropriate image
• suspicious listing
• item already returned

You can create a RETROOVA account to:

• publish listings
• manage your listings
• find your reports
• edit some information
• follow your interactions

The map lets you view available listings by location.

It can help you quickly identify listings matching your city or search area.
